Yes, you read it right. Its indeed a very good news. Unofficial CyanogenMod 14 (CM14) based on Android 7 Nougat is now available for Moto G 2014 3G Smartphone. Three cheers and many thanks to the developers ! Below is the link from XDA Developers website which gives in detailed information about the ROM. Please note that you may expect bugs in the version as its still under testing/development phase. Good news. It looks like work on CyanogenMod 14 (CM14) for Moto G 2nd Generation 3G is under progress. I found below link on XDA Developer forums. http://review.cyanogenmod.org/#/q/status:merged+luk    Check the list. There is a merge log for a Motorola model named TITAN. Its the code name of Moto G 2nd generation. The news about the CM14 preparatory work is really a delightful one. For the users who are using rooted Moto G 2nd Gen phones, this news certainly gives a ray of hope that they may receive Android 7.0 Nougat based CyanogemMod .  

I recently rooted my Moto G 2014 and installed Resurrection Remix ROM . I must say that its a great ROM. Thanks to the developer of the ROM for such a smooth and stable ROM.
