New ROM for Galaxy Note GT-N7000 in town !!! Developer named "xperiacle"  (XDA Developers) has developed N8XT rom for Galaxy Note GT-N7000 and its available on XDA Developer Forums. Three cheers to him for such a brilliant work. I have never seen such a nice rom for N7000 till date. I was googling to find out the latest updates about Android. I found an exciting one. Its about Android 4.2.2 for Galaxy Grand Duos . My younger brother owns Galaxy Grand Duos and this update turned out to be a sweet surprise for him. I immediately downloaded the firmware. (I don't know whether this is a stable release or its a test release of the firmware.) Now my brother has Android 4.2.2 up and running on his Galaxy Grand Duos .  Do watch the video prepared by me below. This video shows the Android 4.2.2 screens one by one. One good thing is now we have white multiwindow !!! 

I recently installed Android 4.2.2 JellyBeer build 4.32 on my Galaxy Note GT-N7000. One very much noticeable feature which I liked a lot is Smart Capture functionality of camera app. Using this functionality, it is possible to take photos without touching the screen.   The feature uses proximity sensor to sense the hand movements. Just put hand in front of proximity sensor while camera app is open and there you go.  The camera settings menu also provides other very nice options such as Persistant Handsfree, TrueView too. This is indeed a very nice improvement to camera functionality.

खरोखरच हे नॉवेल एकदम जबरदस्त आहे. एकदा हातात घेतले की सोडवत नाही. क्षणाला क्षणाला थरार, घडणार्या चित्तथरारक (spine chilling) घटना, कथेत येणारी अनपेक्षित पण काळजाचा ठोका चुकवणारी वळणे असे बरेच काही ह्या नॉवेलमध्ये आहे. ह्यामुळे नॉवेलमध्ये वाचक नखशिखांत (completely immersed) डूबून राहतो. जणूकाही वाचकाला बाह्यजगाचा विसर पडतो. I am running AOSP/CM10.1 Android 4.2.2 based custom rom on my Galaxy Note GT-N7000. Note is rooted with ClockWorkMod Recovery installed. I wanted to have look and feel of TouchWiz UI on the rom. I started searching on internet for the same. Even though I am not fond of TouchWiz framework (due to heavy resource consumption), I do like the graphics provided by TouchWiz. I tried to find out ways to give such look and feel to my Note. After googling, I found out the following steps :- 1) Install CM10.1 TouchWiz 5.0 Theme I found out this theme on Play Store. I was googling to find out the boot animations available for Galaxy Note GT-N7000 and I found out this one on XDA Developer Forums. Its really nice. Looks good. I was able to flash this through Clockworkmod Recovery without any issues.
