Ubuntu Touch Look and Feel on MOTO G 2nd Generation

I tried to do some theming today to my Android phone . So though of giving my Moto G 2nd Generation a look and feel of Ubuntu Touch OS. I tried combination of few apps which gave me such nice look and feel. Below are the applications,
