Ubuntu Touch OS - OTA 9 Update Now Available for Download

Good news for Ubuntu Phone fans. OTA 9 update for Ubuntu Touch OS is now out. It has good new features and also bug fixes. I own BQ Aquaris E5 HD Ubuntu Edition and updated my phone today morning with OTA 9. No problems after the update till now. Phone is working very smoothly.

• New 15.04.3 framework
• Media-hub exposure of mpris playlist support
• Update the bluetooth stack to Bluez5
• Media consumption (audio) in scopes
• Smooth refresh of scopes
• Custom ringtone support
• Sound notification on low-battery state
• Download of arbitrary file types in the webbrowser-app
• Convergence changes for the ubuntu-ui-toolkit

• Camera fixes for proper resolution support
