Ubuntu Touch OS - OTA 10 Update Released with lots of Good Features

Its indeed good to see Ubuntu Phone is becoming more and more mature as the days pass by.  6 weekly Over The Air (OTA) update schedule is making ‪Ubuntu Touch ‬ OS more and more amazing !!!

• Canonical has released OTA 10 update for Ubuntu Phone with lots of good features. Unity 8 enhancements are the key improvements. Overall look and feel of the OS is also very good now.

• Camera bugs are finally fixed and now camera works very smoothly. This is also one more update which was very much expected.

• Dekko, uNav and Calendar apps are now integrated as a part of OS. 

• Instagram scope has also received a major update. Now, I could login to instagram using my account details on the scope window itself.

• One more big update is the integration of OpenVPN. The option is present under system settings. VPN connectivity now possible through Ubuntu Phone. PPTP is not possible yet though.

• Download queues per applications are now enabled.

• System updates can now be downloaded through 3G connectivity also along with WiFi.

• Webapps can now request access to accelerometer, vibrations, camera and microphone.
