New Google Assistant On Any Rooted Phone Running Android Nougat 7.x

Its indeed possible to use new Google Assistant (which comes preinstalled on Google Pixel smartphones) on any rooted smartphone which runs Android 7.x Nougat. I own Moto G 2014 3G which is rooted and runs on Android 7.1 Nougat. So I gave a try for this new Google Assistant. And yes it works like a charm. Below are the steps which you will have to perform,

Download build prop editor from Google Play Store. Below is the link,

Now you need to add below properties using the build prop editor. If the properties are already present, you need to edit them instead of creating new entries.

After this, go to Settings -> Applications->All Applications-> Google Apps

and clear all Google App data. Reboot your smartphone.

After reboot from the bottom navigation bar, use the circle icon and drag that up. You will get new Google Assistant.

Note:- The only issue which I faced from my Moto G 2014 is OK Google detection does not work. Remaining all functions are all working good.
