I recently installed Aviate Launcher on my Galaxy Note. This launcher is simply superb. The best launcher I have ever seen. Three cheers to the developers of this launcher !!! Below are the screenshots from my mobile, Just see how intelligently the home screen is arranged. At the top, we can see date and time. There are slots for widgets. You can change these widgets according to your requirement. Even the widgets can be changed according to their dimension (4x1, 4x2, 2x2 etc...). Right now, I have Weather widget and a picture widget. After that, apps are arranged.   Swipe right. Now the next homescreen will open. Just see how intelligently the installed apps are arranged. Simply superb.  Swipe to right again. This will open A to Z apps screen. All the installed apps are arranged alphabetically. Now, swipe left 2 times and come back to first home screen and tap on upper left corner. Galaxy Note GT-N7000 (the first ever device in the Note series) can have Android KitKat and that too 4.4.2  !! In my previous post on Omni ROM for Galaxy Note , I mentioned that the Android 4.4.1 builds are available for note. But there is one more sweet surprise from Omni ROM developers. They have released 4.4.2 builds also. Its indeed a very good news for the Android fans like me. There are so many users like me who were waiting for this. XDA Developer XpLoDWilD has developed the wonderful Omni ROM . Even though in nightly stage, the ROM looks to be stable and smooth. I am using Omni ROM since last 2 days and I am really very happy with the ROM performance. There are many new features available with this ROM. I opened "XDA App Developers" android app on my Galaxy Note and found the coolest unread message under the ReVolt Jelly Bean thread. Yes.... it was about Android 4.3.1 build for my beloved Note. Without any wait, now I am on Android 4.3.1 Jelly Bean  !!! I am using the 4.3.1 build since yesterday and till now I have not faced any issues as such. The ROM really looks nice and stable. The XDA Developer johnhany97 has developed this wonderful ROM. There are lots of customization options. The ROM is based on Paranoid Android, AOKP and CyanogenMod. One more Android 4.3 ROM in town. Yes, its indeed a very good news. XDA Developer johnhany97 has developed this wonderful ROM. There are lots of customization options. The ROM is based on Paranoid Android, AOKP and CyanogenMod. Even though the ROM thread heading states ALPHA in the subject, it looks smooth and stable after use. I am using the ROM since 2 days and I have not faced any issues.
